At Tailored Athlete, we want to ensure your garments fit perfectly; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
